Receptionists

Leslie Ervin

Leslie  is an enthusiastic 49rs fan and the proud owner of a signed and framed Jerry Rice jersey.  Leslie has also worked in the tasting room at Sierra Vista Winery on Sundays, so if you seek wine recommendations or want to discuss sports, Leslie is the person to see.  And, she can also assist with your pet health concerns.

Paula Bennett

In addition to working in our office, Paula is the preschool director at her church.  At home, Paula takes care of her two daughters, one husband, one Labrador Retriever, one cat and one rabbit, as well as unnamed chickens, pheasants, quail, pigeons, and turkeys.  A busy person. Paula grew up in the Placerville area and is a graduate of El Dorado High School.

Tanya Jukes

Tanya is remarkably calm under pressure. This may be because she is also a volunteer fire fighter with experience in far more stressful situations than we usually experience in the animal hospital. Tanya currently works for us three days a week and Randall’s Woodworking, a local cabinet shop, the rest of the week. If you need your pet vaccinated, a fire extinguished, or your kitchen remodeled, Tanya is the person to see.

Dine Romero

Dianne is a busy person. In addition to working part time with us, she cares for her family, five dogs, two cats, and her two parakeets, Fred and Gracie. She is a serious quilter, with an entire room in her home devoted to her quilting machine. If you have questions about bread making, cooking or home economics, Diane is the person to ask. Besides all this she works with our local Community Emergency Response Team, ready to respond in situations when people need help.
